Bio

I am a graduate of AC Reynolds High School in Asheville, North Carolina. I am a graduate of Limestone University with a Bachelors of Science and Concord University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to Southside, I served as the Strength Coach and Tight Ends Coach at Concord University.
